Q2: How does your “Professional Tuning Service” work if I am not at your factory?

A2: We have established a mature remote collaboration process:

Requirement Analysis: You provide us with a benchmark or describe your desired sound style.

Golden Sample: We tune a physical sample and ship it to you for review.

Remote Fine-tuning: If you need adjustments (e.g., brighter treble or deeper bass), we can modify the DSP parameters. Depending on the solution, we can often send a firmware update or ship a revised sample. We iterate until you are satisfied.

Q3: Can I visit your factory or audit your production line?

A: We strongly encourage it. Seeing is believing. You are welcome to visit our facility to see our testing equipment, assembly lines, and listening room.

If travel is difficult, we can arrange a Video Conference to walk you through our factory and QA processes virtually.

Q4: What is your warranty and spare parts policy?
